This prank call is amusing if you wish to annoy a buddy. Call your victim and make him/her believe that you are an engineer in the telephone service. State that there’s an issue in the phone lines which you want to test the voice quality. Choose a couple of silly phrases making your victim repeat exactly the same for voice testing.
