With Corona, the numbers are definitely going to increase. However, research shows that it is very hard for people to stay determined on their diet and exercise goals for the entire year. Schedule a daily exercise break:

All day work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. It is human nature to crave for tasty and yummy food. So naturally, when you see the cheesy pizza you are going to want it. Allow yourself a cheat day once a fortnight. What’s more? You will appreciate the pizza even more than before.

HIIT it:

The common reasons why people break their resolution to exercise is because of lack of time. It’s so hard to squeeze out time from our busy daily schedules. The high intensity interval training is a better alternative to cardio which mostly in steady state. The HIIT sprints can easily replace the elliptical machine.

Eat healthy fats, avoid refined sugar:

There are some fats that are good for you and contain good cholesterol which improves circulation of blood. If you are looking for bulking up then you should eat healthy carbs. You can find them in sweet potatoes, brown rice, buckwheat noodles. Stop random meantime snacks.

Find your ‘why’

Starting a resolution is one thing and keeping it going is another. You need a good motivation. Find it and things will be easier. It can be something simple and childish as getting back into your college jeans or something really ambitious like winning the next office tournament.
