If you can know and understand your consumers, it can prove to be the best way for you to allow them to come back and build an ever-lasting relationship. It can also be said that knowing your customers is rather crucial for you as a seller since, once you get the right product-market fit, your buyers can easily understand and recognize the value of the products that you sell and also do majority of the selling on your behalf.
