Triund: 

Triund is a popular destination for trekkers. The Triund trek is pocket friendly and would just cost about Rs 2000-2500.  The  trek is not that strenuous and can be completed by all age groups, however, one would  recommend taking a guide along if you are unfamiliar with the terrains and the routes.  The trek is a gradual walk towards an inclined slope. If you are doing it for the first time it might be a little tiring but the scenic walk along the Rhododendron forest will surely take your breath away.  What one cherishes the most in this trek was camping for the first time under the stars and the breath-taking view of the cool waters of the Bhagsu waterfalls while returning.
