Tomato cheese salad

You don't even need to cook this one. Step 1: Take some tomatoes and soft mozzarella cheese and cut them into circular slices. Step 2: Stack them together with tomato at the bottom and cheese on the top. Top it with basil leaves. Step 3: Garnish it with salt, pepper, oregano and some vinegar. Pretty easy, right?
