THE ISLAND OF DOLLS, MEXICO.

This is one of the places that I would never want to visit even in my dreams! Almost every single tree on this island is decorated with deformed and mutilated dolls. As you walks on this island, it supposedly feels like you are constantly being watched. And to make things worse, this island is said to be haunted! Over 50 years ago, a man named Don Julian Santana left his family and came to live here alone, on this abandoned island. While he was living there, a body of a dead little girl came floating in one of the canals. Don Julian believed that he was haunted by her spirit. It is said that he decorated the island with dolls as a shrine for her spirit. He would trade vegetables and fruits in exchange of any dolls!
