Talk to others about how you feel
This is a common misconception, as many students with anxiety suppress their emotions. However, at university, you will meet peers who are just as stressed as you are and may be going through the same experiences as you are and talking to them about how you are feeling will help you not feel like you are alone. You can also go to your university's educational psychology department to ask for help from a psychologist if you need the attention of a professional. Now you know yourself better than anyone else, and if you notice that your anxiety is reaching an extreme, you can schedule a meeting with a teacher to discuss the situation. Believe it or not, in most cases teachers are specially trained and can give you the best advice on how best to handle anxiety.
