Not to make this list longer than it should be, we’ve put all of the stone fruits in one. In this category, peaches, plums, cherries, apricots, or any fleshy fruit with a stone inside belongs in it. They are all low in GI and calories, but rich in vitamins. They could be eaten in any way and could be eaten as a snack for its low-calorie property.
