Steamed brownie

[caption id="" align="aligncenter" width="413"] Image source : http://i.ytimg.com/vi/pQeuh8rfiRk/maxresdefault.jpg[/caption] This is for all those with a sweet tooth. You don't even need a microwave for this one. You need a stove, a baking tray or anything made up of Aluminium and a skillet (kadhai). Step 1: Grind 1 packet of Parle Hide & Seek (if not available then any choco-chip biscuit/cookie would do) and 2 packets of Parle-G together in a mixer. Step 2: Put 6 tea spoons of castor sugar (powdered sugar) in the mixture. Step 3: Put 1 tsp of baking powder and 1 tsp of cocoa powder in the mixture and mix well. Step 4: Put 1 trial packet of Hershey's chocolate syrup in the mixture. Step 5: Keep pouring little water until it becomes a thick paste like batter Do NOT use a lot of water, we need it thick. Step 6: Grease the aluminium container and put the mix in it. Step 7: This is a little tricky. Take the skillet and fill it with water. Put a stand in it to keep the aluminium container. Now put the container and cover the skillet. Let it steam on the stove. Check after 30 minute by inserting a fork in it. If it comes out clean then voilà! It's ready.
