Spread

The outbreak first originated from Wuhan, China.  At first, it had been reported that the Chinese Government tried to censor the news of the Virus, and by the time the Eventually acknowledged the virus, it had already spread throughout China. On January 13, the first case of COVID-19 had been reported outside mainland China, in Thailand. By the end of February, the virus had been detected in more than 60 countries, including the United States. In China, there are 80 thousand cases of the COVID-19 in which around 50 thousand have recovered and 3 thousand have died. In the last 24 hours, only around 119 cases have been reported, which is the lowest since January 20th. China has taken rapid and harsh action in containing the CoronaVirus, which has started to show a positive effect in China.  After China, South Korea has the highest number of CoronaVirus patients, with around 5 thousand. There have been many Rumours that North Korea is also infected with CoronaVirus, but its strict media regulations are not letting any information out of the Country. It has been claimed that North Korea has ordered to kill Coronavirus Patients, but there hasn’t been any confirmation to this theory. Italy has been the reason for the outbreak in Europe with over 2,500 cases and 79 deaths being reported. Most regions in Italy have less than 50  reported cases within them. The worst affected areas in Italy have been Lombardy (1,524 reported cases), Piedmont (51 reported cases), Veneto (335 reported cases)and Emilia-Romagna(273 reported cases)  Iran has been equally affected by the Corona Virus with over 2,300 reported cases. Even in the USA, 128 cases have been reported so far with 9 deaths.  India has been lucky so far with the spread of Coronavirus with only a total of 28 cases reported and 3 of them that have recovered. The Indian Hospitals so far have done a great job as 3 of the patients have recovered healthily. On 4th March over 15 Italian tourists have been confirmed to have the CoronaVirus in India. In Hyderabad there are at least 36 people showing symptoms of the Virus who can be in contact with the Infected Techie.
