Okra fries

Crispy okra has its own appeal. Not only is it easy to make, it is also one of the healthiest snacks. Step 1: Wash the okra properly and cut it into halves. Step 2: Take rice flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp oil in a bowl and mix well. You can add whatever spice you want to. Step 3 : Put some oil in a pan for heating. Step 4: Toss the okra into the mixture until it is coated well. Step 4: Put the coated okra into the pan and deep fry it. Step 5 : Put the fried okra on paper napkin so that the extra oil gets absorbed. Your crispy okra fries are ready!
