Probably the most anticipated summer fruit during winter days. Melons, especially watermelons may be the perfect fruit for losing weight. 150 grams contain only around 50 calories, and it is high in water and rich in vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants, potassium, beta-carotene etc. Proven to be the best fruit for shedding extra pounds, and can be eaten any way you want. Probably the smoothie would be the best option in summer.
