Procedure Step 1 -  Squat in a manner that your feet are as close as possible Step 2 -  Separate your thighs wider than your torso Step 3 -  Exhale and lean your torso forward. Step 4 - Press your elbows against your inner knees. Hold your palms in a Namaste. Step 5 - Hold this pose for more than 30 seconds to 1 minute then stand up.
