In February, the virus was under control in India. At that time, cases were coming 10000 per day. But suddenly, cases were folded twenty times. It is hard to control anything all of sudden. India could not learn from the second or third wave from the countries like Brazil and the UK. If India does prepare for the second wave earlier, there is no chance of such terrible days.
