LA TOMATINA FESTIVAL IN SPAIN
Spain and Tomatina usually go side by side. One of the most fun fest, Tomatina is celebrated in Valencia, Spain. The fest involves squashing and throwing tomatoes from trucks. Music and dance adds much more fun to the event. As someone signals the fest to start, the trucks arrive and the fun begins. Lakhs of tomatoes are used during this time and many fun activities too come along. This fest is usually celebrated in August.
