What does it mean when he kisses your neck? I’m sure it stirs an emotional wave down your spine. My favorite kind really, this kiss is a welcome breather from all the lip-locking, and quite literally! It’s an amazing feeling when a guy kisses your neck and leaves you guessing about his intentions.
