Though China has surpassed Japan in being the largest economic superpower, Japan is still one of the leading economies with leading electric and automotive brands like Sony and Toyota. Japan has a lot of research opportunities. Also, it is a great language to learn for all those Anime lovers! :D I hope that my view over the importance of foreign language reaches people and improves at least one person's career prospects.
