Hyper-automation
Although hyper-automation has been moving around for some time, it has been continuously revived over the years. Hyperotomation uses AI, ML, and RPA (robotic process automation) to automate tasks that humans once complete. Gartner has particularly highlighted hyper-automation, with a particular focus for 2021 due to COVID-19. The reason for this is that digital transformation has always been a focal point for business leaders and, more recently, has pushed organizations to move towards more remote and digital-first processes.
