Fix Up The Garage

A wonky garage door or a run down and the grease-stained floor is a sure turn off in the mind of a potential buyer. These are things that wouldn't be a big priority but will always be on the back of their mind as an annoying addition to the to-do list.  Fix these things up so that they are not an issue that somebody else has to deal with later. An excellent garage in perfect working order is a significant selling point for somebody interested in the house.
