Making decisions is part of our daily activities and operations. Anytime you have to choose, take time to think about your choices and alternatives before making any decisions. Even for easy decisions, take time to internally process it so that you can make the right personal and business decisions, whether big or small. Information gathering is critical for strategic decision making.
