Detoxification method

Though exfoliation may bring out the dirt that is there on the layers of skin, detoxification is the method to exfoliate your inner systems. When your internal systems are clean and healthy, quite obviously you skin will glow on its own. Though there are many people who go for detoxification programs and sessions, you can try out some of these ways at home. Squeeze a lemon into a tall glass of warm water, and drink this early in the morning empty stomach. This helps in flushing out the toxins from your body. Stop feeding on things like smoking, alcohol, sugar, etc. for a few days say about a week. When your skin gets a break from such unhealthy things for few days, it will automatically start looking healthy. Also, avoid junk food or salty snacks for a few days that may create a problem for your intestine and causes water retention. Start your diet that is full of fresh fruits, green vegetables, cereals and smoothies.
