Cardiovascular Machine
It would make sense to use this outdoor fitness equipment indoors, but considering the pressure that walking on the pavement can apply on the joints, hips, and knees, using a cardiovascular machine outside sounds fair. Low impact machines regulate the running motion so that less or no strain is applied to the parts mentioned. They are easy to use and are designed to accommodate all types of people. If you do not have a cardiovascular machine, you can as well use a Stair Climber, Upright Stationary Bike, or Jump Bars.
