Bālāsana (Child’s Pose)
Procedure Step 1 - Start by kneeling on the floor. Sit on your heels with your big toes touching each other. Step 2 - Slowly separate your knees with a gap as wide as your hip. Step 3 - Exhale out Step 4 - Lay your torso between your thighs. Step 5 - You may place your hands on the floor in the front of you stretched out facing forward or touch your legs as in the picture shown Step 6 - Stay in this pose for 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
