One of the major reasons that cause a problem in your health is the increasing amount of junk food in your diet. These foods are not rich in protein and hence are just a bunch of high calories that is not at all health for your body and hair. It is not that you should stop eating junk food but yes you should restrict it to a limit and should feed more on the healthy food items that will prove nutritious for your health.
