Ark Hotel, Russia

This is going to be one of the most amazing hotels that have been designed to be safe against various threats such as earthquakes, floods, and tides. The concept of this future hotel has been designed by the Russian firm Remistudio along with the collaboration of the International Union of Architect and its program, ‘Architecture for Disaster Relief’. As per the designs, the hotel will stay afloat on the water surface. The floatation part will be possible because of its structure that will be of the shape of an arched shell and hence the weight can be evenly distributed. There will also be  a number of features such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting, lush vegetation and many others for energy efficiency.
