This is an archetypal action film that has earned the accolades for being one of the greatest action-packed adventures. It is hard to forget the role played by John Mc Lane, the NYPD officer that tries to save his wife and other people that have been taken hostage at Nakatomi Plaza by the German terrorist called Hans Gruber during a party that was held on the Christmas Day. You have to watch the film and enjoy every moment of the action that takes place while Mc Lane fights with the terrorists. The plot, setting and cast of the film sets the stage for it to be a cult film in the real sense.
