Berries are also rich in Vitamin C and Fiber.

Richest Vitamin C fruit (225%), also containing vitamin A, magnesium, potassium… These things alone speak for itself, papaya is a powerful antioxidant. This fruit does it’s best for satiety, and the best thing about it is that it is cheap, and can be eaten in a lots of ways. As every fruit mentioned above, it is high in vitamin C, but its properties help fight inflammation, keep your bones happy, and improve eyesight!
