5 Languages with Great Importance!

Learning a foreign language has become so important these days that it has become a part of many school’s curriculum.  Learning a foreign language can be beneficial in many ways. It creates a huge impact on your resume. Also, it will add a quality to your profile about your interest in learning new things. Being multilingual creates a major impact on ones personality.That does not mean you won’t do good in life if you don’t know how to speak a foreign language but it is like an icing on the cake. It will open new doors of opportunities for you. And if you have plans of settling or studying abroad, a foreign language will play an important role in your life. So here are a few foreign languages one can learn..

1) Mandarin-

Having over 1 billion+ speaks spread across the world, Mandarin is the most widely spoken language in the world. It is also the official language of economic superpower, China. Having acquired basic Mandarin skills is very useful when traveling around China as most Chinese people are not able to speak English or other languages. 3) Spanish-

Spanish is also one of the most widely spoken languages in the world. In fact, it will help you communicate with at least one-third of the world. Spanish is beautiful as well as simple and easy to learn when compared to other languages. It is a phonetic language which means the words are pronounced just the way they are written so you are less likely to make mistakes. Spanish is also one of the six official languages of the United Nations.

4) German-

Being the leader of Automobiles and technology Germany is a welcoming country. German is also spoken in its neighbouring countries like Switzerland and Austria. There is an increasing demand of computer professionals in Germany, so the Indians have an advantage. Also, the trade with Germany has been increasing and many Germans do not know English well to communicate effectively. Therefore, it is important to know German. The higher education in Germany is affordable and knowing German will have a competitive edge over other applicants. German as well is a phonetic language, having its roots into Sanskrit.

5) Japanese-

Though China has surpassed Japan in being the largest economic superpower, Japan is still one of the leading economies with leading electric and automotive brands like Sony and Toyota. Japan has a lot of research opportunities. Also, it is a great language to learn for all those Anime lovers! 😀
